What is Stretch Therapy?

Stretch Therapy with Tara is a one-on-one assisted session designed to help the body access a deeper, more effective stretch.

Using hands-on PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) techniques, Tara guides clients through cycles of muscle contraction and relaxation to safely reach their edge. This active approach supports increased flexibility, improved performance, and reduced pain—especially when practiced consistently.

  • We currently offer 30 minute and 60 minute sessions with Jess. These can be through a drop-in rate, or you can explore our packages and stretch memberships!

  • We recommend doing a stretch therapy session at least once a week to see the greatest benefit! Stretching is one of those small wellness habits that is so easily pushed under the rug, but being consistent makes a huge difference!

  • Please let Jess know if you have any injuries, recent surgeries or medical conditions that may impact your session. We always want you to feel safe and comfortable!
