Stretch Therapy
What is Stretch Therapy?
Stretch Therapy is a one-on-one assisted stretch session focused on giving you a deep stretch.
To go deeper - it is a form of hands-on PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) Stretching. It's an active form of stretching that requires contraction and relaxation of muscles to their limit against a partner (me, your stretch therapist, Jess!). Stretch therapy that is performed consistently give you the best results (like a deepened yoga practice, higher sports performance and less pain).

I got my yoga teacher training certificate in March 2022, which is what sparked my interested in working alongside the body!
Shortly after this, I started my journey and got certified as a flexologist (recognized by the National Association of Sports Medicine) and it quickly I became a passion of mine.
I greatly value continuing my education and constantly learning new techniques to bring to the bench and my amazing clients!
I am also naturally intuitive with the body and understand that everyone is different and has different goals and needs. I love working with clients on specific goals around their stretch sessions, not only to see better progress, but to motivate them to keep committing to themselves by having a clear why.
