  • At Space Studio, we believe in nurturing every aspect of your practice. Our classes include:

All Levels Flow- Experience a unique, all-levels flow with each teacher’s distinct style, set in a heated room (90-99°), where prior experience is helpful but adventure is welcome.

Level 1 Flow- Level-1 offers a simpler, directive-based practice in a warm room (85-90°), perfect for those new to yoga or looking to refine their basics while still working hard.

Candlelight Flow- In a warm, candlelit room (85-90°), this soft yet challenging class, set to lo-fi music, offers a calm escape for all levels, bridging the gap between Level 1 and All-Levels.

Karma Class | Basics Yoga Flow- Karma Yoga is a donation-based class open to all, offering a slower, foundational flow with longer holds, mindful breath, and posture breakdowns—perfect for beginners or seasoned yogis seeking a grounding practice.

Yin Yoga- Yin yoga is a non-heated, restorative practice that uses breath, deep stretches, and minimal talking to relax the body and mind, promoting healing, tension relief, and inner stillness.

Breath and Meditation- This class harnesses the power of breath and meditation to connect deeply with yourself, releasing unwanted energy and bringing greater purpose to your life.

Morning Meditation (free)- Begin your day grounded and centered with this free meditation, using breath and stillness to cultivate presence, self-awareness, and the power to choose response over reaction.

  • 1. Arrive on Time

Give yourself time to settle in, check in, and set up your space. Arriving late can be disruptive, and out of respect for your fellow yogis, we ask that you be on your mat before class begins.

    2. Remove Your Shoes

Our studio is a sacred space, and we keep it clean and clutter-free. Please leave your shoes at the designated area near the entrance before stepping inside.

    3. Be Mindful of Your Energy

The Space is a place for reflection, restoration, and growth. Bring a positive, open-hearted attitude, and leave outside distractions (and drama) at the door.

    4. Communicate Any Injuries or Needs

Your safety is our priority. If you have an injury, mobility concern, or simply don’t want hands-on adjustments, please let your teacher know before class begins.

    5. Honor Personal Hygiene

We share close quarters, so please arrive fresh and clean. Avoid heavy perfumes or colognes, and ensure your mat and props are free of lingering scents.

    6. Keep Devices Out of Sight & Silent

Yoga is a rare chance to unplug. Phones, smartwatches, and other devices should be on silent and stored away. If you’re expecting an urgent call, consider skipping class and returning when you can be fully present.

    7. Respect Personal Space

Be mindful of mat placement, especially in busy classes. Please use tape corners to aid mat placement and avoid stepping on others’ mats.

    8. Keep the Space Quiet

Many students use pre-class time to settle in. Keep conversations to a whisper and honor the studio as a space for mindfulness and focus.

    9. Stay for Savasana

Savasana is an essential part of practice, offering deep rest and integration. If you must leave early, please place your mat near the door, notify teacher before, class, and packup and leave before savasana begins to avoid disturbing others.

    10. Clean Up After Class

Wipe down and return any borrowed mats or props to their designated places. A clean space benefits everyone.

Thank you for helping us cultivate a space of mindfulness, movement, and respect.
