Healing, growing, learning and flowing are all incredible ways to elevate your life, but we truly believe all of these elements are best integrated on a mind-body-soul level when we remember to PLAY through it all. Our domestic and international retreats, who are welcome to all - not just Space members, welcome a sense of play alongside deep healing. Let’s explore yoga practices in new countries, dive into breath work circles and get deep in our minds with retreat workbooks, but let’s also jump off cliffs in Hawaii, zip-line through the jungles of Bali and rock climb on the beach in Thailand. Let’s stargaze together and sip our morning coffee while chatting and make connections to last a lifetime.

Our last yoga retreat was the most magical, life changing experience. Sure, we’re biased, but just read the testimonials ;) We did sweaty yoga every day, experienced the most healing sound bath, got massages and stretch sessions, had our auras and tarot cards read, stargazed on the beach, took a private hike where we jumped off a stunning waterfall, learned about Hawaiian culture, sipped our morning coffee to the sound of birds, ate amazing food, relaxed, recharged and became new versions of ourselves, together.
