We believe in leading with curiosity; through movement, breath, meditation, and more. These tools help us to know ourselves intimately and we use them everyday to co-create a positive & meaningful life.

All Levels Flow

Never the same class twice. In an all-levels flow you’ll find each teacher has their own style, which means you’ll experience unique sequences, vibe, pace, focus, and music. This class is held in temps between 90-99 degrees. Some prior experience is recommended but, if you’re the adventurous type, give it a go, take rest when you need to, and enjoy the ride.

Level 1 Flow

Things slow down a bit in Level-1. You will still work hard in a warm room, 85-90. But you will find an emphasis on simplicity with more directives given. If you’ve been doing yoga for some time, and want to get back to basics, or, if you’re getting started and learning, this class will be a good fit for you.

This is a donation based class open to everyone. 

Basics Yoga Flow

This is a great yoga class for beginners and for people who are looking for a slower, more foundational yoga flow.

In this class, you will be guided through a yoga practice that will feel amazing in your body and leave you feeling complete. You will experience longer holds, intentional breath and a mindful flow. The teacher will take their time breaking down postures and give you the opportunity to feel the practice in your body.

This yoga class is open to everyone! Whether you are a seasoned yogi or just starting your journey, you are welcome here!

Yin yoga is a restorative practice. In this class, you will have an opportunity to really listen to the needs of the body and mind. Using breath, deep stretching, calming space and little talking, you can bring the nervous system down — an optimal place to heal. This class is not heated.

Also, it may just be the best nap you have ever had.

Yin / Relax & Restore

Foundational Flow

In this 75-minute class, the teacher will breakdown the foundations of our Power Flow class. It will move much slower than a standard class and offer an have opportunity for questions at the end. 

This class is for beginners & seasoned yogis who are looking to get more out of their practice. 

Class meets every Saturday. On the first Saturday of every month this class will be followed by a free "Member’s Mingle," an amazing way to connect with the teachers and the community!

During the mingle we will also will also be sharing information on our other modalities (cold plunge, sauna, massage, stretch therapy, etc!).

Meditation

Start your day grounded, centered and open. In this class, we will hold space for ourselves to calm down, tune in, and observe. Through breath and stillness we can truly listen to our inner voice, thoughts and emotions. This exploration invites presence and the opportunity to choose response over reaction in our lives. We offer free meditation every morning M-F at 5:30am.

Breathwork

The way we breath is the way we live. We believe where the breath goes is where our nervous system follows. In this class, we use breath as both a way to activate and release. Expect to come in comfy clothes that you can both sit up and lie down in. Yoga mats and blankets are encouraged, not required. Our breathwork class meets every Wednesday at 7:15pm.

The class will run about 75 minutes with opportunities for discussion and questions at the beginning and end. We will warm-up our bodies with some light movement and breath. There will be a short demonstration of the breath work we will do and then be guided on a breath journey by one of our teachers. 

We will end in a meditation (lying down or sitting up). Everyone is welcome. 

Assisting

You may notice assistants floating around class offering assists. We believe touch is a basic human need—vital to our health and survival. When we receive intentional touch in our yoga practice it can expand and deepen our whole experience. This can be very powerful and comforting, especially for those new to the practice.
