Getting to the CORE- Part 2 Inversion Workshop with Jen and Eddie

 Inversions and arm balances are an exciting addition to any vinyasa practice and incorporating them in flow can feel like a dance. In this workshop, we build from our beginner’s inversion workshop to take you through how to flow with inversions.

 We will learn transitions that you can explore during your vinyasa classes that will uplevel and challenge your practice. In this part 2 of “Getting to the CORE" you will explore how to transition with running man, crow, side crow, handstand and much more!

Beginners are always welcome! We will go over foundations to going upside down, however spend a majority of time practicing and flowing! We will have some discussion of using core during our flow and practicing techniques, such as bandha engagement, so you can experience what it means to “get to your core.”
