“This trip offered my husband and I an opportunity to nourish mind, body and soul under a beautiful shelter nestled close to the ocean. We have many highlights, but those that stand out in light were; the hike, the food, the people and the generous offerings throughout the trip. We are grateful for joining this group to celebrate life, the Hawaiian Culture, movement and love.”

“I have never done anything like this before; this was my first “retreat” ever. I was a little nervous about traveling alone, but those nerves dissipated quickly. I feel that EVERYONE on the trip had that same attitude - just go with the flow, everything happens for a reason, don’t stress, things are meant to unfold in the way they do, don’t worry if we don’t follow a certain rigid schedule. People bared their souls and it was very moving. And it touched me very deeply that various people acknowledged and appreciated ME; that really meant so much to me - beyond words. I loved the entire trip and I’m looking forward to attending another one, or more, of the retreats that are being planned for the future.”
